The house has three levels and each level has a rose covered terrace.

0 level: living room with a fireplace, kitchen, dining room and a bathroom.

1st level: three bedrooms, dressing room and a bathroom.

2nd level: two bedrooms (one serves as an office at the moment and has a place for a kitchen, and has a storage place), a bathroom.

There is also annex building which is used for storage. There is beautiful landscaped garden with mature fruit trees (citrus fruits, grapes, kiwi, pomegranate).

The house was built in 1999 and completely renovated in 2013. In process of legalization.
