Large plot of land in Plana, Kolašin

A plot of land suitable for the development of eco-tourism in the village of Plana, 4 km away from the center of Kolasin.
It spreads over 15,000 m2 and is covered with grass, parts of it are hilly, making it suitable for ecological production of various crops as well as for construction.

The highway that will soon connect Kolašin and Podgorica will significantly shorten the time and comfort of travel and better connect the location with other parts of Montenegro, both central and coastal, which will put the sea at your doorstep.
The plot is accessed from the asphalt road which is some 70m away. Nearby, at about 100m, is the city water supply.
The plot offers an excellent view of Sinjajevina and Kape Moračke, and the lower part of the plot meets the river Plašnica, which further flows into Tara, better known as the "Tear of Europe", which should delight fans of rafting. The attractiveness of the property is helped by the proximity to local ski centers, the closest of which is Mount Bjelasica with ski center Kolašin 1,450 which is some 20 minutes drive away, as well as the campsite Gradina which is located 2 km and can easily be reached on foot. The town of Kolašin can be reached in a few minutes by car which places not only nature but various shops and restaurants, and other amenities of the city, at your fingertips.
