The resort will be located in Kavac, green area just 10min driving distance from Kotor and Tivat city centers.

The resort will occupy approximately 10.000m2 of land, where one third is olive grove while the rest will be planted with pine trees.

It is planned to build approximately 25 houses, 7 will be located among the olive trees and the rest will enjoy the shade of the pine trees.
