Old, renovated stone house in Sutomore

Few people know that in Sutomore there is a whole street of ancient stone houses. This house is one of them. It is more than 200 years old and it was completely restored 25 years ago.
From a beautiful vaulted stone arch over the front door to the protruding stone consoles, all this was carefully restored and put in order. The walls of the house are made of hand-carved stone and the wall thickness is 80cm.
The first floor of the house consists of a kitchen-living room, a terrace, a bathroom and a staircase to the second floor.
On the second floor there is a hall, 3 bedrooms, a terrace, a bathroom and 2 fireplaces.
On the third floor there is a study, a bedroom and a terrace overlooking the sea
All communications are connected to the house – electricity, water, sewage, telephone, internet, satellite dish.
The site on which the house is located is 200m2.
The total area of the house is 130m2.
On the site there is parking for a car, a stone grill, fruit trees.
