The two-storey house is located on the seashore in Igalo in a quiet location. It consists of a hallway, a veranda, a living room and a dining room on the ground floor. There is one bathroom located outside as part of the ground floor. The house has a total of 4 rooms.

The outside has a summer kitchen, an outdoor shower, a sink, and a fountain which is ideal for the summer months and considering the beach which is close to the plot. Much of the yard is covered with vines that provide ideal protection from the sun.
