This exquisite palace is located in the central part of Prčanj on the water front. The palace dates back to the 18th century and it belonged first to the Florio and later to the Luković family.
The property comprises spacious plot of 827 sq m, the main building of 278 sq m of living space arranged over four levels and a family chapel that was built in the 18th century which is protected cultural heritage.
The salon on the first floor was decorated in the 19th century in the empire style and the impressive golden crest of the Florio family still dominates the ceiling. The floors were covered in Venetian ceramics and stairs were made of white stone from Korčula.
The property has four levels and it needs renovation. There are 11 rooms in total. The plot is spacious and divided into few cascades on the side and in the back of the palace. The mooring and ponta are in the front of the palace.
