The house is located in a unique village Kuljače at an elevation of 450 m, 3.5km from the main road. It is one of the rare stone houses at the Montenegro coast where original appearance of the 19th century village is preserved. During the renovations, we kept the original form and size of the house, which represent the authentic architecture of local villages in the region of Paštrovići.
The house has all the facilities: new electric installations, new water supply and sewerage pipes and installations. Windows have new aluminium joinery with mosquito nets. Rooms are equipped with air condition units.
The size of the house is 70m2 of living space, plus 10m2 terrace and 37m2 yard. Inside the house there are two rooms, two bathrooms, kitchen/dining room, and a utility room.

The house is constructed on three levels:

On the ground floor there is a kitchen/dining room (19m2) equipped with new kitchen facilities. The kitchen door leads directly to the yard overlooking the Adriatic sea. Utility room (8m2) with a toilet is just beside the kitchen.

On the first floor, there is a terrace (10m2) in front of the entrance door, which offers a magnificent view over the sea. Inside is a room (23m2) with a bathroom and toilet (2m2). Wooden stairs lead to the room on the second floor.

On the second floor, there is a room (15m2) with the bathroom and toilet (2.5). All main windows are oriented to the South which brings plenty of sunlight all day long. Both rooms have beautiful views over the Adriatic Sea, Island of St. Nicolas and the town Budva.

The yard (37m2) is covered with stone slabs, and has two entrances: from the road and from the village square. It has beautiful view on the sea and Island of St. Nicholas.

There  is a free parking 50m from the house.
