Montenegro Prospects will assist you in negotiating a price acceptable to you and the vendor. You would usually be required to place a deposit (between 1000 euros and 10% of value) to take the property off the market, and a reservation agreement would be signed by both parties. The deposit would usually be held by the seller or in a client account.
We can introduce you to a reputable lawyer (licensed in Montenegro) in Montenegro or UK to act on your behalf, or you are free to choose who you wish. It is usual to sign a Power of Attorney that will enable them to sign papers and transfer money on your instructions.
In the case of off plan developments, our staff will keep you constantly updated on progress of the development and manage the timing of your staged payments.
