A total of 5 buildings with seismic-resistant monolithic frame structure filled with masonry. Exterior bearing walls have a thickness of 300 mm and are lined with 7500m2 Verona travertine marble on the facade. Under the travertine is a 4-tier system of hydro and thermal insulation, created by the “warm ceramic” technology, which also protects against noise.
The apartments are sold with finishings, used parquet precious wood, ceramic Porcelanosa sanitary ware and Villeroy & Boch and Noken. Windows are double glazed with night ventilation valve.

And in the Old Town you will find about 28 different restaurants.
A few meters away is a hiking trail the length of 5km in the relic forest for outdoor walks.
