A unique baroque villa located in Prcanj, a beautiful historical area of Kotor Bay.
It was built in the 17th century, and was famous for its gold ceiling frescos and wall murals, which were painted in the 18th century by Carlo de Nedrocis. The palace was a symbol of the wealth and influence of the Lukovic family.
In the middle of the 20th century it was converted to a public school.
Last year it was restored and converted into a premium seven bedroom three storey villa, situated first line to the sea. The villa has been beautifully renovated using traditional and modern high quality materials.
