Saša Vukicevic
Operations
Saša started working in the Montenegrin real estate market in 2004 and has now built up one of the most respected property businesses in Montenegro.
Prior to this Saša held a senior management position with a large shipping company in Bar where his main responsibility was managing large projects.
Saša’s role is managing and expanding the structure of the business, whilst sourcing and advising on land investment. Saša holds a Masters Degree from Podgorica University and speaks fluent English.
Ivana Vukicevic
Off-plan Developments
Ivana, Saša’s wife, successfully grew the off plan division of another reknowned estate agent, before joining Montenegro Prospects.
Using her expertise and reputation in this burgeoning market, she has continued to build up a portfolio of reputable developments to create investment opportunities tailored to our clients’ requirements.
Ivana holds an English Degree and speaks impeccable English.
Ivan Dašic
Russian and East European Markets
Ivan created a unparalleled service to the Russian market, and is a wealth of knowledge to agents and clients alike.
He previously spent 4 years in Russia as a Production Manager with one of the largest agricultural firms in Russia.
Ivan is responsible for managing our affiliates and investors in Russia and Eastern Europe. He holds a Degree in Economics and speaks fluent English and Russian.

Andrea Marston
Western Europe and Marketing
Based in our UK office, Andrea was the UK General Manager for a large estate agent covering both Croatia and Montenegro.
She successfully built a reputation for these businesses in the UK. Andrea is frequently quoted in the press as an expert on the Montenegrin market. Her role in Montenegro Prospects is managing affiliates and advising investors in Western Europe and the US.
Earlier in her career, Andrea worked as a head hunter in the UK and managed a conference company in Asia. Andrea holds a degree in Psychology from Brunel University.

Ivana Todorovic
Sales Agent
Ivana graduated from Belgrade University in 2005 with a degree in Russian and English. She spent some time studying in Russia, and then returned to Belgrade, where she began working with an international company as a translator for their finance department.
In 2007, Ivana decided to move to Montenegro, and began working as a sales agent for an international real estate broker. Ivana speaks fluent Russian and English.
Daria Sholmova
Sales Agent
Daria graduated from Barnaul University in 2007 with a Masters degree in Sociology. During her studies, she also worked as a Senior Sales Manager for a large car company. After completing university, she moved to St Petersburg where she worked for another car company.
In 2008, Daria visited Montenegro on holiday and fell in love with the country. In 2009, Daria moved to Montenegro and joined the sales team at Montenegro Prospects.
Ranko Radovic
Kotor Bay Region Advisor
Ranko is an expert on the Tivat, Lustica and Kotor Bay areas. His vast knowledge of the area is of great benefit to clients searching for new investment opportunities in what is still a relatively undiscovered region. Ranko graduated from the University of Kotor in 2002 with a Degree in Maritime Engineering.
