Our People
Saša Vukicevic
Head of Operations
Saša started working in the Montenegrin real estate market in 2004 and has now built up one of the most respected property businesses in Montenegro.
Prior to this Saša held a senior management position with a large shipping company in Bar where his main responsibility was managing large projects.
Saša’s role is managing and expanding the structure of the business, whilst sourcing and advising on land investment. Saša holds a Masters Degree from Podgorica University and speaks fluent English.

Ivana Vukicevic
Head of Property Portfolio
Ivana initially grew our developments division. Using her expertise and reputation in this burgeoning market, she has continued to build up a portfolio of reputable developments and resale properties to create investment opportunities tailored to our clients’ requirements.
She heads up our Portfolio department, responsible for finding and vetting our portfolio of properties.
Ivana holds an English Degree and speaks impeccable English.

Ivan Dašic
Head of Sales
Ivan initially created an unparalleled sales service to the Russian market, and is a wealth of knowledge to agents and clients alike.
He previously spent 4 years in Russia as a Production Manager with one of the largest agricultural firms in Russia.
Ivan is responsible for managing our sales department and liaises with our affiliates and investors in Russia. He holds a Degree in Economics and speaks fluent English and Russian.

Andrea Marston
Head of Marketing
Based in our UK office, Andrea has now been selling property in Montenegro and Croatia since 2004. She is frequently quoted in the press as an expert on the Montenegrin market. Her role in Montenegro Prospects is managing our marketing activities as well as advising investors in Western Europe and the US. In 2010 she was elected onto the board of the AIPP.
Earlier in her career, Andrea worked as a head hunter in the UK and managed a conference company in Asia. Andrea holds a degree in Psychology from Brunel University.

Milomir Jukanovic
Sales Agent
Milomir joined us in March 2010 and brought a wealth of knowledge about Montenegro having worked as a tour guide for 4 years and holds a degree in Tourism from the University of Kotor. He previously worked as the Marketing Manager for a Russian magazine in Montenegro.
Milomir speaks fluent English and Russian and some German.

Jelena Dasic
Media Relations
Jelena’s professional experience includes both in-house and agency public relations services for globally recognized client companies. She majored in English at the University of Belgrade and in Communication Arts from an accredited USA college.
Jelena provides public relations services to Montenegro Prospects, ensuring our presence in the local, regional and global industry publications, as well as our presence on online social networks.

Maria Baboshkina
Sales Agent
Maria joined our team in October 2010. She graduated in Management Studies and has worked in various management positions in Russia. She moved from Russia to live and work in Montenegro in early 2010 with her husband. In love with the beauty of Montenegro, she has studied the history of the country.
Maria speaks fluent Russian and German.

Nonna Arutjunjan
Office Manager
Nonna graduated from the State Technical University in Russia in 2003, and gained the qualification of Economist – Manager in oil and gas industries. In Russia she worked in the Federal Treasury. She also taught at the institute where she studied. She moved to Montenegro in 2008, having fallen in love with the country.
Nonna speaks fluent Rusian, Montenegrin and English.

Igor Brkovic
Sales Agent
Igor has graduated from the Faculty of Tourism in Kotor. For the last 3 years, he has been working in the tourism industry, where he assisted Russian clients.
Igor is fluent in Montenegrin and English and speaks very good Russian.

Katarina Stiepovic
Sales Agent
Katarina spent her childhood in Russia. She has been working as a Russian interpreter, tourist guide and also helped organize events in Montenegro for Russian Companies. She graduated from the Faculty of Tourism in Kotor. Her hobby is photography.
Katarina is fluent in Russian and Montenegrin.
